GLP-1 savings programs in the US

There are two kinds of help: self-pay prices if you pay cash without insurance, and co-pay savings cards if your commercial insurance covers the drug. Medicare and Medicaid patients are generally excluded from manufacturer co-pay cards.

Self-pay programs (no insurance)

Co-pay savings cards (commercial insurance)

Novo Nordisk's Wegovy and Ozempic savings offers let eligible commercially insured patients pay as little as $25 a month, up to $100 in savings a month. Lilly runs similar savings cards; check the current terms on its site.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use a savings card if I have insurance?

Novo Nordisk says eligible commercially insured patients may pay as little as $25 a month for Wegovy or Ozempic, with a maximum savings of $100 a month. Government beneficiaries (such as Medicare or Medicaid) are excluded.

Is TrumpRx cheaper than buying from the manufacturer?

For GLP-1s, no. TrumpRx lists the same manufacturer self-pay prices and routes you to the manufacturer or a pharmacy coupon.

Do I still need a prescription?

Yes. Every program requires a valid prescription.

Can these offers change?

Yes. Both Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly say they can modify or cancel their programs at any time. Read the current terms before you order.
